Terrible service and very rude, ill mannered staff at Midlothian dental practice. I have been waiting on a refund for over 2 weeks now for a transaction I paid for on my credit card, for a faulty, badly fitted mouth guard. They said they have to issue me a cheque, but cant tell me when it will be issued? This should have been refunded on to my card the day I handed it back.
Been going to this dentist for three years now unfortunatly the dentist i had been seeing there just retired and the new replacement took over his workload i went there a month ago for root canal treatment half way through this process the dentist advised me she could only find two roots and and i would possibly have to see a private dentist the tooth is now falling to pieces and charged me 100 for the pleasure
Always treated well. An excellent practice.
I felt rushed at the appointments - like part of an assembly line and maybe the dentist had an unreasonable timescale. I never felt that my experience was important to the practice. I had a filling replaced and they did a decent job.
Been going here over a year now I have a lovely female dentist always puts me at ease would recommend. Have just joined the rest of the family up.
