I phoned this Company to get a quote for respraying my vehicle and was very impressed when the owner said he would come to me. He said he could not make it that week, so I gave him three days for the following. No one appeared and no phone call was forth coming. I waited till Thursday of the second week before I phoned again, his secretary said he was not in but she would let him know when he came in. Again no phone call. Tuesday the following week, I phoned again and his secretary apologised and said he was with a customer, but she would pass on the message and someone would phone me back. Sadly no one has bothered to make that call. three weeks tomorrow since my original enquiry. So I have gone from being impressed to totally annoyed with their lack of customer care and leave you the reader to decide if this is a Company you want to deal with, me definitely not. I do not care how busy you are it is only manners to reply to a prospective client.
