I rate Dalkeith Ford Centre very highly. Particularly the service dept, and namely Brian who has clearly been running the place for a long time and holds onto the old school values that many a main dealer have sadly lost. Always honest, reasonable and knowledgeable. The guys really do care about fixing cars, exercising warranty claims properly and simply sending cars back out fixed the way they should be. Im happy I live near them and can rely on them.
Brought the wife's car here for a service today. Peter? On the service reception couldn't have been anymore helpful. Will definitely be back with the wife's car and also mine. Top class service from start to finish.
