Community Public House, traditional Old working man's pub, upgraded for the better, good value, meals served at lunchtime, venue hall you can rent, pub has old fashioned look and feel,family friendly, I would recommend this to anyone, inexpensive.

Christmas party night, as such did not have very high expectations. I could not have been more wrong! Delicious home made chicken liver pat followed by a huge salmon fillet which was cooked to perfection. Still moist and juicy and full of flavour; we live on the banks of the Tweed, we know good salmon. The entertainer was superb. The best Christmas party I can remember.
