Absolutely shocking customer service. The food has actually been good in this place whenever we visited but one of the managers (older gentleman) was very rude on one occasion. Unfortunately this has spoiled the experience we have had with this place. Scenario. Bought a 2 for 1 lunch but the waiter wrongly thought the burger ordered was from the main menu. It wasn't until the bill came that this mistake became apparent. The waiter actually acknowledged the mistake and said the manager will deal with it later when he returns, even writing on the receipt there was a mistake and that I was due a refund.When I returned later to get the refund, the manager then played the 'you ordered from the full price main menu card'. This was completely untrue as I had the lunch menu with promotions clearly laid out on the table and even pointed out what I wanted to the waiter when ordering. I finally did get the refund I was due but the manager's attitude was abysmal to say the least basically implying I was a liar. Won't be back any time soon given the whole experience.
Went for a birthday dinner a table of 22 and the kitchen couldn't cope despite the rest of the restaurant being fairly quiet? The food when it came was cold and not so great.The front of house staff were very nice and apologetic saying they shouldn't take bookings for large tables?
Just had breakfast here, excellent. Plenty of choice both fried and continental. There smoothly drink was brilliant. Pleasant staff, will be back.

Stopped coming here over a year ago as service and food were very poor but visited a few months ago as we received a voucher for discount off main meals. Food was hot, tasty and very good value for money. Service has improved 100%. Staff are always happy and attentive and nothing is a problem. We now visit every other Wednesday for food and are never let down.
