Came to Better Physiotherapy about pain in my calves while training for my second marathon. David took time to completely understand my physical and emotional symptoms and took me through a series of exercises. After a couple weeks of the new regime I was back on track!
I came to Dave a few years ago with back issues whilst sitting at my desk at work. Dave took the time to fully understand my problem taking me through a very thorough examination. He was extremely professional and was able to make me feel at ease which I really valued. I left with a range of exercises which got the results I was looking for.
Having worked with David throughout my time with Scottish rugby, he was able to get me back up and fit play having recently returned from an ongoing shoulder injury. His ability to work with a range of clients and to go the extra mile ensuring I had the necessary rehab programmes to follow was outstanding. After getting an knee injury at rugby and not able to put pressure on my leg I got in touch with Dave to ask him to have a look and asses the damage. Went in to the clinic and he was able to diagnose my injury and able to advise me on the correct steps to take to get me back playing rugby as soon as possible. Anyone looking for a physio should see him. Extremely knowledge and great service.
