Really great veterinarians. Best overall practice we've used in the Edinburgh area in 30+ years of multi dog ownership. Its modern, very clean, does things 100% correctly in our experience, easy to get appointments, has high staffing levels and ample safe off street parking. The vets and nurses are totally focused on animal welfare and nice to humans as well. We feel genuinely welcome and the dogs are happy to trot in and out, tail wagging.
I cannot be more grateful for the care & attention that all the staff have given my poorly cat this week. She (& we!) have had a tough emotional week & the staff have gone above & beyond to support us & do all they can to help get her get better. Can't rate market cross highly enough! I have 2 lhasa's who have every food allergy under the sun between them and one who has had knee problems, the staff could not be more helpful and get back to you if they say they are going to. Staff are so friendly and caring as if they were treating there own pets.
