Great deals and a good service
A family run business who are very helpful and knowledgeable, prices are very affordable and fitting service excellent, could not fault this company which is why I give 5 stars.
Having used this company previously for my whole house and had a good experience I opted to use again when wanting to upgrade to better quality carpets. There is no denying the carpet is lovely, but I picked it so ordered what I wanted and got just that, what I didn't bank on was their original carpet fitter not measuring into my cupboard in the bedroom so their own measurements were wrong, I am not a carpet fitter and hired a professional or so I thought so how was I to know. Their solution was for me to measure the outstanding and me pay for the additional. No liability taken from them. Extremely poor service, no customer service skills in the slightest. I have recommended them to friends who have used this year, there will be no more recommendations and as the rest of my house needs new flooring I will be finding another flooring company to do this. Do not use this company, stress free flooring should change their name to stress flooring, been a complete and utter nightmare. They have no interest in resolving issues or retaining customers. Their loss. If you are reading this - cheque will be in the post for the outstanding balance. Unreal to ask for remaining payment for a job that is incomplete. No shame. Disgusting service.
Excellent carpet fitting, done to a high standard. However the carpet fitters managed to pull my living room door off the hinges and another one was bought and installed for me. The door was fitted poorly and does not shut properly, the handle keeps falling off due to the poor fitting. Would have given 5 stars but very poor quality service in fixing a problem they created
