Found the staff very helpful and pleasant. I gave them a rough idea of the colours I wanted for a funeral spray and I was delighted with the result. Exactly how I'd hoped. Excellent.
The driver in the van is a grumpy old sod!!! Waving his hands in the air and shouting at me isn't going to help. He's getting reported to the council!!!!
Great service, I asked the lady if she would wrap a prize for a raffle to raise funds for charity and she refused to take any payment. The flowers I ordered were also beautiful.
I've only used it once and was really disappointed with the results - haven't been back
