Most ignorant people I have came across. No manners . Can't be bothered attitude. Lucky I gave them a 1 star.
I was recommended GRS by a work colleague and they have been excellent. Clear, straight-forward quotation and turned up promptly to carry out the work. Accommodated last minute changes to what I wanted done and completed all the work to a very high finish. Always polite, on time and very tidy. Would recommend to family & friends.
As someone fairly ignorant to electrical problems, I found Gordon at GRS to be a clear, informative and polite tradesman. I described the issue, he diagnosed it and advised a cost over the phone. Within 48 hours, the job was done and the issue resolved.For speedy resolution, reasonable price and clear, informative customer service, I would use GRS again.
