The reception staff in particular the young girl have a bad attitude. Understand they have a hard job but they should make a basic effort. The doctors seem a bit clueless I've noticed compared to my previous surgery in Broughton.
You'd have a better chance of finding gold in your garden than getting someone to answer the phone at the surgery. Useless and has been for months.
Really bad reception when you try and phone the phone line is always busy when you are trying to get appointment.
