Spot on service. Had problem with brakes, phoned yesterday lunchtime, car inspected a couple of hours later and fully repaired by early this morning (4 new discs, 4 sets of pads, and 3 tyres replaced) Staff very clear about what was required, the total final cost (incl. VAT) which was competitive. They also washed the car, which was pretty filthy when I took it in - a nice touch. Free coffee, biscuits and WiFi in warm waiting area with TV. All good, all round.
Don't ever use them for service your car or repair it. Quoted us for parts and labour 3700 for knocks in tyre on Toyota aygo. And tell me everything have to be replaced (suspension, ball joints, cv joint, brakes, sensors etc..) And where smiling in my face! Went in other garage and there needed only one part, cost only 90 and that's all what's needed.
I recently bought my first car here and I couldn't praise them enough. From start to finish, the customer service was incredible. Always made to feel welcome, offered copious amounts of tea (which is just what I like) and they took the time to make my daughter feel extra special. I was looked after by Jamie and can honestly say he was incredible. He answered the many many questions I had, helped me find the best car, picked my family up on the day of collection to take us to the garage to collect the car and has made follow up calls to make sure I am still happy and don't have any questions. Absolutely fantastic all around!!
Car could have been presented better at time of purchase. No follow up to determine if we were satisfied unlike BMW.
Highly recommended if you have sophisticated problems that my usual garage couldn't fix also staff are courteous and helpful.
